Sometimes I still make mistakes with size, so a friendly exchange policy is very helpful. Some charts are very generic and do not match real measurements at all. Comfort around the heel and toes is more important than super fancy design. Good stitching usually means the item will not fall apart after one or two washes. In the end it is all about finding what matches your own habits and lifestyle.

When every picture has different colors or extreme filters, it is usually a bad sign. Sometimes I even measure an existing frame with a ruler before ordering anything new. Some pieces look shiny online but feel like plastic when you open the package. Online shopping will always have a bit of risk, but experience makes it easier. For things that I use every day, I prefer to pay a bit more if the quality is stable.
